Sohila Khaled

Sohila Khaled, an Egyptian children’s book illustrator and also an author. She illustrated more than 20 books for many Arabic publishers. Her work was exhibited in many international and regional exhibitions. The Egyptian countryside, nature and her cat are her main source of inspiration. Her book illustrations of “The Colorful Wool Yarns” published by Loaloa Publishing won as a Diploma winner at The Image Of The Book contest 2022 in Moscow. Also, her book “Akh Akh!” was nominated for many prizes such as The Etisalat Award for Children’s Literature 2021 shortlisted for best picture book category and longlisted at Ananas International Illustration Exhibition 2022 in Beijing.
