Return and Exchange Policy

1- In the event that the book / product you received is faulty or does not match the mentioned specification listed in your order, kindly contact us directly within 2 working days of receiving your order through one of  the communication means mentioned at the end of this article. We will process your return or exchange and you will not be charged extra fees. 


2- For books, in the event you changed your mind and would like to return or exchange a book, you can request a return within (2 working days) of receiving your order, you will pay all the shipping fees for the original delivery, for the return and then for the delivery of the exchange item(s). 

3- For other items / toys, in the event you changed your mind and would like to return or exchange the product, you can request a return within (2 working days) of receiving your order, only if the product is in its original seal. You will pay all the shipping fees for the original delivery, for the return and then for the delivery of the the exchange item(s).

4- In all cases, the request for returning the faulty / wrong / damaged / unwanted product as soon as possible and in the condition that the item was delivered, along with any promotional materials or gifts.

 5- Used books are non-refundable. 

Refund Policy

Your refund will be processed once the item you are returning arrives at our facility and is inspected and meets the above mentioned conditions. 

 

For requesting a return you can use any of the following methods within two days of receiving the order:

1- Reply to the order confirmation email that you received with your return request, indicating the reason for return.

2- Send us an email to: online@al-balsam.com, indicating your order number and the reason for return.

3- Send us a message through the "chat with us" on the website, indicating your order number and the reason for return.
